Do i have a case if its a private club?

I currently work at a private golf course. The required uniform s a pair of beige knickers (which are hideous) and a white polo. Females are required to wear them, but males are allowed to wear black dress pants. I feel this is ist. Would i have a case considering its a private golf course?
