Why Haven't I received my school disbursement?

I started school April 18th at Everest Online. I received a letter from William D Ford subsidized and unsubsidized loans stating the school would receive the payment on May 18th for my school! I still haven't received my disbursement and Ive called loan origination's and they said they approved me and processed my loans the school hadn't requested the funding. My financial aid advisor claims that they have its just a process but I cant access my info off of the internet cause its saying no information is available for me yet. BUT I received the paper letting me know what was approved and what I owe back!! What should I do?
