MSN Sharing Folder, saying "Can't Synchronize right now, will try again later?? WHY? been like this for weeks?

When i drag a file onto my cousin's Sharing folder, it always say "Can't Synchronize right now but will try again later" Why does it keep saying this, its stupid, ANy help would be appreciated on fixing this.
