Luxury Condo in a restricted downtown highrise or a Quaint Townhouse in the Burbs?

hmmm i like the town house, but it's a shame there's no picture of a view, however the condo's views seem amazing, but, having only pictures of the living room and kitchen, it's hard to see how big the living space is. So, i'm undicided
