King Neptune. Eight syllable lines. C/C please?

Jill, I love the rhythm and meter in here. Having never studied poetry I really can't give it a name. I enjoyed reading your take on Neptune. this is a poem I will enjoy reading to my granddaughter Emmy as well, what a picture you painted! I for one, am happy you had insomnia and wrote this.
