Will taking a pain killer mess up a pre employment drug test?

Went for a drug test for a job today. I do not do any drugs at all but 2 days ago I did take a oxycodone/percocet for a bad toothache. I only took one. Will that still be in my system? If so, will it show up as meds and not as drugs? Thanks
