Good Lower Body Workout??

Im going to start track in the Spring and want to gain some muscles in my lower body. This Morning I did 4 sets of 15 Hamstrings, 60 calves, 4 cleans (2 on each foot), 30 squats, and 15 push ups (I also want to build some shoulder strength) Im 13 and wondering how effective this is going to be??
