I need some help with making this table...?

I want to make some type of table for a game subdomain on my site. I want it to be like some kind of table where all I have to do is find/write the code and then simple add the games to the database and they will automatically be placed in a table with about 6 links(to the games) and X amount of rows. I also want it to be in alphabetical order so that when I add a new game to the database, it will not completely mess up the order of the table. I hope this made sense and I was planning on using MySQL to do this until someone on Answers told me that would not work as well as something else but they did not specify what I should use for this. So if you could help me with the code for mysql or some other coding language/program I should use I would be very appreciative, thanks
