Why do muslims say islam is not ist when islamic countires prove thats a lie?

look at std rates in Islam countries compared to the west, std rates in American women are very high. How about single moms in the west, very intense numbers, now look at Islam countries, quite low. very very few men have more then one wife. child raping is not even a major crime in the west, unlike Islam country , where you get death. the west is full of child rs, one only needs to scan newspapers to see this. men are not allowed to wear tight fitting clothing, whoever told you this, pulled a fast one on you, likely due to you blatant ignorance of Islam.
