What is that song/jingle/tune they play at baseball games after a home run or a grand slam or a win?

I dont know if they play it at all baseball games, but they played it during the 4th inning of the rockies NLCS game 4 when Holiday hit that 3 run homer... Its short and simple, sounds like a synthesizer repeating the same 20 or 25 notes over and over. WHAT ON EARTH IS THAT???
