This could be a migraine headache which can cause some of these symptoms you are having. I am not a doctor but do know that you cannot have numbness in your right cheek and also have symptoms on your right side and be having a stroke. The discomfort in your face would have to be your left cheek and numbness on your right side for this to be considered stoke-like symptoms. I think you need an appointment with a neurologist to get these symptoms diagnosed.
