Advice about my 3 year old please?

My daughter is 3 and half, a year ago when she was 2 we moved into a new house, when she was 2 and half she started talking about seeing people i couldn't. I spoke to a medium i know briefly who asked me if they were talking to her. I asked her and she said no. the medium told me to tell my daughter to ask them to go away. My daughter did this a few times and i would hear her shouting go away at them while i wasn't there. Anyway this worked and she has not mentioned them for a year..until tonight, i told her to go to the step (this is where she used to see them in the hall) and she ran in screaming the 2 black people are back, crying and upset. i ignored it and told her to sit somewhere else, when her punishment was over she said that they roared at her!!! i spoke briefly to the medium friend again who told me she thinks i could have an open portal was is that? and that Olivia's gift seems like its progressing as she can now hear them! is it a gift though if they are scaring her and she said she sounds like an indigo child, looked this up but not getting too much other than little test that say she is! anyway any advice or help would be great thank you
