Are the elections in USA over ?

It is currently 8:00 p.m. on the west coast and the polls just closed there. Alaska and Hawaii will not close for another 3 hours. The U.S. extends across 6 time zones. Not as big a problem with this election as with a presidential election, T.V dweebs, notoriously republican but styled as liberal, used to report the results when half the country had not yet voted.
