Are my snake bites infected?

So, over the weekend I was handling my friends ball python while blackout drunk and the snake bit me at least seven times on my forearm and hand. I ped out drunk on the carpet shortly thereafter so I never treated the wounds properly. This was almost week ago. Anyway, my hand is extremely swollen and sore to the touch. The wounds still haven't healed and are open and weeping. I'm a concert pianist so my hands are very important to me. Should I be concerned? Thanks.
