Good places/coffee shops to study at in Washington DC/Maryland?

I'm a student in college, and am getting tired of studying at starbucks. I need somewhere that isn't too loud. The library also doesn't work because I eat like a horse while I study. Where are some good locations, whether coffee shops or other places where I can study? Preferably in Montgomery County MD or DC.
