I'm Very Sick, Need Tips ASAP!!!?

OK I woke up this morning and for some reason I am sick. I have very bad diareah and have vomited once. I sort of feel another hurl of throw up coming in a bit and I was wondering if there was anything I could do to prevent it. Please help!!!!
