Im 13 and when i get around my gf she will not talk to me she will talk to her friends or my friends?

evey time i get around her she will talk to friends and i have tried to start a conversation but she will just answer my question and then start talking to a friend agian but she has no problem texting me and she seems scared of me or something in person but when i text her she always talks about how we should kiss and stuff like that
