Master's degree at Ohio State University or Florida Atlantic University?

Alright...I am not sure which one to go to. I have checked out both schools for their Master's in Urban Planning and like them both. I am currently living in South Florida (FAU), but Columbus (OSU) would be closer to my family and friends (Detroit). My fiancee and I have decided that we either go to Ohio State or school down in FLA. What should I do? Ohio State has such a nice ring to it...better thatn FAU I suppose. Answers??
