Why are Saudi people hated by the people working in their country?

For example Egyptians, Palestinians (big time haters) Syrians, Lebanese, Jordanians and……aren’t they suppose to be grateful because they are offered a secure job and with a better pay from their countries? For example Palestinians they are so ungrateful even though they don’t have a place to go back home so why are they complaining . And another issue about the colleges like king Abdul Aziz only accepts Saudi so they start talking badly big time or how many good jobs are only opened for Saudis only ………. Why are they like that?
