Question about Ticketmaster?

So, my mom and I don't have like a ideal credit card. Can we go to our local bank and get a credit card from there, and still be able to buy tickets from Ticketmaster? Sorry if this is confusing. I don't know how to put it any other way. We don't want to sign up for a big credit card company like; Mastercard, etc.
