Why has the Rudd Government done a backflip over building a NUCLEAR Waste dump in Australia?

Labor is a big disappointment, i dont vote for either party, but not giving our age pensioners an increase in their pension is cruel and unlike labor. the rudd govenment has had plans to do what ever it wants to.
